untapt was founded by a team of leaders and entrepreneurs from technology and banking. We've spent our careers building teams of technologists around the globe. We lived and breathed the frustrations of an incredibly inefficient marketplace where it can take 3 months to hire, and where technologists are overwhelmed by pressure from recruiters and low quality data on job sites.

We are building a scalable platform to disintermediate the recruiter, precisely matching candidates and managers with high quality data then connecting them in real-time using short video pitches.
