Pearl Street Technologies, Inc. is an early-stage startup developing next-generation software for the electric utility industry. Based in Pittsburgh, PA and backed by Powerhouse Ventures, Incite Labs, the National Science Foundation, ARPA-E, and the Department of Energy, we’re building tools to make the grid more reliable, secure, and sustainable. Our development activities include software for grid planning with high renewable penetration, parallelized optimization tools to find the most cost- and energy-efficient dispatch of grid resources, and solutions to detect cyber attacks on the grid.
