Job DescriptionGeneral Summary:
Guidance & Patient Support (GPS) Insights is an industry-leading patient support analytics and insights team established to deliver core reporting needs and apply predictive/prescriptive insights that can be applied to continuously enhance the GPS experience for patients with cystic fibrosis (CF). The function is part of the GPS Patient Experience Team and it drives analyses that underpin this patient-focused department's data-driven and innovation culture. The team is responsible for both foundational data quality and reporting capabilities as well as identifying opportunities to link new data sets, automate dashboards for on-demand reporting, and produce tools to help optimize and prioritize workload.
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for providing daily reporting, monitoring the quality of our data and resolving any issues, maintaining data definitions and governance, performing critical ad hoc analyses, and coordinating closely with cross-functional partners. This position will report to the Director of Commercial Analytics, CF Patient Insights.
